      本機粉碎原理錘式（shì）回風高速粉碎。粉碎物可（kě）直接從磨腔中排出，經出（chū）料（liào）口出來，一般的物料經過（guò）粉碎後要（yào）經過棉布（bù）袋來收集，粉碎後的（de）物料收（shōu）集在袋（dài）內，空氣則從布袋的細小孔眼出來，不會將細粉排出，從而起到不浪費，不汙染的效果。粒度大小由更換不同目數（shù）的篩網決定。

中藥材水冷式粉碎機安裝（zhuāng）、操作和維修保養：

1、開（kāi）機前必須檢查門是否關緊，關緊門時要擰緊手輪和定位螺栓（shuān）。

2、接（jiē）通水冷卻裝置，保證水源充足，運行是嚴禁斷水。

安裝時，接（jiē）通電源，以電動方式檢查電機旋轉方向是否按標箭頭方向。如相反，請調（diào）整電機接線盒（hé）接線。

4、在電機旋（xuán）轉方向正確的情況下，開機空（kōng）運轉30分鍾，檢查潤（rùn）滑情況，及時（shí）加潤滑油脂。定期檢查（chá）和補充潤滑油脂。
