本機粉碎（suì）原理錘式回風高速粉碎。粉碎物可直接從磨腔（qiāng）中排出，經出料口出來，一（yī）般的（de）物料經過粉碎後要經（jīng）過棉布袋來收集，粉碎（suì）後的物料收集在袋內，空（kōng）氣則從布袋的細小（xiǎo）孔眼出來，不會將細粉排出，從而起到不浪費，不汙染（rǎn）的效果。粒度大（dà）小由更換不同目數的（de）篩網決定。

 安裝（zhuāng）、操作和維修保養：

1、開機前必須檢查（chá）門是否關緊，關緊門時要擰緊手（shǒu）輪（lún）和定位螺栓。

2、接（jiē）通水冷卻（què）裝置，保證水源充足，運行是嚴禁斷水。

安（ān）裝時，接通電源，以電動方式檢查電機旋轉方向是否按標箭頭方向。如相反，請調整電機（jī）接（jiē）線盒接線。

4、在電機旋轉方向正確的（de）情況下，開機（jī）空運轉30分鍾，檢查潤滑情況，及時加潤滑油脂。定期檢查和補充潤滑油脂。
