該（gāi）單（dān）衝壓片機特點（diǎn）是一種小型台式電動連（lián）續壓片的機器,也可以手（shǒu）搖，壓出（chū）的藥片厚度（dù）平均（jun1），光（guāng）澤度高，無需拋光。由於單衝壓片機隻有一付（fù）衝模（mó），所以稱單衝壓片機（jī）；物料的充填深度,壓片厚度均可調節。

壓片機的衝（chōng）頭的潔淨與保養：

1、可以用銅（tóng）絲刷拋去（qù）衝頭上的粘附物後，再用（yòng）絨布粘少許研磨膏打光片形麵。不要用鋼絲刷拋，否則很容易劃傷片形表麵。

2、若粘附物很硬不好直接去除時，可將（jiāng）衝頭浸泡（pào）在熱水（shuǐ）中（zhōng）數分鍾後，即可容易去掉粘附物，並及時擦幹水分防鏽。

3、用戶處若無車床時，好（hǎo）從市場上購置衝模拋光機（jī）進行，價格也不貴。

4、另外、也要從（cóng）藥料方麵分析一下原因（yīn），脫模劑（潤滑劑）是否加的少，可以適量（5-10%）加些硬質酸鎂潤滑（huá）劑。

壓（yā）片機工作過（guò）程介紹：

1、利用加料器向中模孔中填（tián）充藥物。

2、上衝的衝頭（tóu）部位(其工作位置朝下)自中模孔上端落入中模孔，並下行一定行程，將藥粉壓製成（chéng）片。

3、上衝提升出孔。下衝上升將藥片頂出（chū）中模孔，完成一次壓（yā）片過程。

4、下衝（chōng）的衝頭部位（wèi）(其工作位置朝上)由中模孔下端（duān）伸入中模孔中，封住中模孔底。

5、下（xià）衝降到原位，準備下一（yī）次填充。
